My Complicated New Year

I mostly wanted to get this down for my own records because otherwise I am going to get confused.  I’ve opted to do a lot of little things this year instead a couple of big things.  What I really want to do is make my life BETTER and HAPPIER and EASIER. So, without further ado:

Daily: Read Simple Abundance and remember to write.

Thursday:  52 Changes task starts.  This week it’s drinking enough water which is actually a lot harder when I’m not working.

Saturday: Implement a new “zen” habit, most likely from Zen Habits.  This week I’m practicing inbox Zen.

Monday: Focus on a self care issue.  Maybe it will be making time to get my hair trimmed.  Maybe it will be saying no to things I don’t want.
